Section 22
(1)
The Executive Chairman shall be entrusted with the day-to-day administration and management of the Commission and may, unless otherwise provided under this Act, exercise all powers and do all acts which may be done by the Commission under this Act or any other written law.
(2)
The Executive Chairman may bring any matter in relation to the functions or powers of the Commission to the Board or
Board Committee for deliberation or direction, where he deems it necessary.
