Section 25
(1)
The Commission may provide grants, loans, financing and advances, including study loans and scholarships, to its officers and employees or to other persons on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board.
(2)
In this section, the term “officers” includes the Executive
Chairman and Deputy Executive Chairman.
