(1)

During the absence of the Executive Chairman or inability of the Executive Chairman to act due to any cause, the Deputy Executive Chairman shall carry out the functions of the Executive Chairman.

(2)

For the purposes of subsection (1), in the case where the Deputy Executive Chairman is also absent or unable to act due to any cause, a senior officer of the Commission specified by the Board on the recommendation of the Nomination and

Remuneration Committee shall carry out the functions of the Executive Chairman.
