Meetings of Board

Section 14
(1)
The Board may meet as often as necessary for the performance of its functions and shall determine its own procedure including the procedure for the Board Committees in accordance with good governance practices.
(2)
The Board may invite any person not being a member of the Board to attend its meetings to advise the Board on any matter under discussion.
