Section 48
The Council shall have the power to establish or expand, or promote the establishment or expansion of companies under the
*Companies Act 1965 [Act 125] or other bodies—
(a)
to perform any of its functions or carry out any of its powers; or
(b)
to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of any project, scheme or enterprise which has been planned or undertaken by the Council in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers.
