Section 51

Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the Council or against any member of the Council, any member of the

Implementation and Coordination Committees, any member of a committee, or the Chief Executive, officer or servant or agent of the

Council in respect of any act, neglect, default or omission done by it or him in such capacity.
