Section 53

The Council may, with the approval of the Prime Minister, make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, regulations may be made for prescribing fees, costs and any other charges under paragraph 25(2)(a) and in such other cases as may be determined by the Council.
