Section 19

(1)
Any Order constituting a fisheries sanctuary under section 17 may be revoked by the Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri upon a report from the Minister that the same is no longer required for the purposes or objectives for which the fisheries sanctuary was constituted.
(2)
Any Order made under subsection (1) shall contain such terms and conditions for the revocation thereof, and shall be published in the Gazette and take effect on such date as may be specified in the
Order.
