Section 24

(1)
No person shall kill, take, remove, catch or have in his possession any fish of the species prescribed in the Fourth Schedule except in pursuance of a licence as set out in the Fifth Schedule granted by the State Fisheries Officer and in accordance with the terms and conditions imposed on such licence.
(2)
Any person found killing, taking, removing, catching or possessing any species of fish listed in the Fourth Schedule without a licence shall be guilty of an offence.
