Section 23

(1)
No person shall in any riverine or inland waters catch, take or kill any fish of any description being a fish of a smaller size than such size as may be prescribed in relation to the fish by an order made by the Minister and published in the Gazette.
(2)
No person shall sell, expose or offer for sale or have in his possession for the purpose of sale, any fish of that description or size as may be prescribed by the Minister under subsection (1).
