Grant of licence

Section 21
(1)
Upon receipt of an application and payment of fee under section 19 and any additional document or information given under section 20, the Board may consider the application for a licence having regard to such requirements as may be prescribed.

(2)
Where the Board is satisfied that all the requirements prescribed for an application for a licence have been fulfilled, the Board may grant a licence.
