Surrender of licence
of Malaysian Space Board Act 2022
A licensee may, by written notice, surrender his licence to the Board at any time and in accordance with the requirements specified in the licence.
(2)
The surrender shall take effect on the date the Board receives the licence and the notice under subsection (1), or where a later date is specified in the notice, on that date.
(3)
The surrender of a licence under subsection (1) shall be irrevocable unless the Board by written notice to the licensee allows the surrender to be withdrawn before the effective date of the surrender of the licence.
(4)
The licensee shall—
(a)
take all such measures and provide all such assistance as may be required by the Board pursuant to the surrender of the licence; and

(b)
forward the licence to the Board on the effective date of the surrender of the licence.
