Section 32
(1)
Where the suspension or revocation of a licence, launch permit or launch certificate takes effect, the Board shall, as soon as practicable, cause the suspension or revocation to be published in the official website of the Board for at least three consecutive days.
(2)
Any delay or failure to publish the notice of suspension or revocation shall not in any manner affect the validity of the suspension or revocation.
