Grant of launch certificate

Section 23
(1)
Upon receipt of an application and payment of fee under section 19 and any additional document or information given under section 20, the Board may consider the application for a launch certificate having regard to such requirements as may be prescribed.
(2)
Where the Board is satisfied that all the requirements prescribed for an application for a launch certificate have been fulfilled, the Board may grant a launch certificate.
