Renewal of licence

Section 28
(1)
A licence may be renewed from time to time by the licensee by submitting an application to the Board in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2)
The Board may, after considering the application for the renewal of a licence made under subsection (1), approve or refuse the application.
(3)
Where an application for the renewal of a licence is approved by the Board, the licence shall be renewed upon payment of the prescribed fee and the Board may impose such conditions as the
Board thinks fit.
