Section 42
(1)
Where it is necessary for the purposes of this Part to remove any prisoner out of Malaysia by sea or by air, he shall be removed in a vessel or aircraft to be appointed for the purpose by the
Commissioner General.
(2)
The time occupied in effecting any removal shall be reckoned as part of the term of imprisonment.
