Section 10B
(1)
If any authorised officer of a local authority or any police officer not below the rank of Inspector has reason to believe that any person has committed an offence under this
Ordinance or any rule made thereunder, such officer may seize and detain any item, tool, instrument, machinery, equipment or other things whatsoever used or reasonably suspected of having been used in or about the commission of an offence.

(2)
All items, tools, instruments, machineries, equipments or other things whatsoever liable to seizure under this Ordinance shall be liable to forfeiture.
