Section 10J

Any person who obstructs the licensing authority or any authorised officer or any police officer lawfully exercising any power conferred on him by this Ordinance shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding Ringgit Malaysia fifty thousand or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
