Section 15

The Theatres and Places of Public Amusement Ordinance [Cap. 140.] is repealed:

Provided that –

(a)

the Theatres and Places of Public Amusement Rules, shall be deemed to have been validly made under the provisions of the repealed Ordinance and shall remain in force as if made under section 12 of this Ordinance; and

(b)

all fees collected under Part I of such Rules since their enactment shall be deemed to have been validly collected.
