Section 10F

Section 10F

(a)

any person reasonably suspected to have committed an offence against this Ordinance or any rules made thereunder; or

(b)

any person who refuses to give his name, identity card number and address when requested or if there is reason to doubt the accuracy of the name and address given.

(2)

Any person arrested under this section shall be taken to a police station within twenty-four hours and a report made thereof.
