Section 10L

Any person found guilty of an offence against this Ordinance or any rules made thereunder for which no penalty is expressly provided for shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding Ringgit Malaysia fifty thousand or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
