Section 11

Any person who commits any offence against this Ordinance or fails to comply with any of the conditions of any licence granted under this Ordinance shall be liable to a fine of not exceeding Ringgit Malaysia fifty thousand only or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding one year or to both fine and imprisonment.
