Section 10D

The licensing authority or any authorised officer or any police officer not below the rank of Inspector in exercising the power of entry and investigation under section 10C may, without prejudice to the exercise of the power conferred upon him by that section, forthwith take such steps as he may consider necessary to close any place of entertainment if he is satisfied that there is a breach of the conditions or restrictions of the licence granted under this Ordinance or that the entertainment held therein is in contravention of any of the provisions of this Ordinance or any rules made thereunder.
