The licensing authority or any authorised officer shall request the person from whom the things or documents were seized to acknowledge the search list. If any person refused to acknowledge the search list, the licensing authority or any authorised officer shall make comments on the search list of such refusal.
Court to order release or forfeiture of things seized.
