Section 127
(1)
Any person aggrieved by the exercise or intended exercise of any power conferred by sections 117 to 126 inclusive or section 135 may appeal to the Minister whose decision in the matter shall be final.
(2)
Any person appealing to the Minister under subsection (1) shall send a copy of his appeal to the local authority.
