Section 129

Nothing in this Part shall authorise any authority to construct or use any sewer or drain for the purpose of conveying sewage into —

(a)

any natural or artificial stream, watercourse or pond until the sewage has been so treated as not to affect prejudicially the purity and quality of the water in the stream, watercourse or pond; or

(b)

the sea so as to contaminate the foreshore or the water adjacent thereto.

 Petroleum Ordinance 1960 has been repealed by Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984 (Act 302).
