Section 136
(1)
Any person who contravenes any provision of this Part or fails to comply with any requirement of a local authority under this Part shall be guilty of an offence:
Provided that this subsection shall not apply if an appeal to the Minister concerning the matter has been made in accordance with section 127 and has not been determined.
(2)
Any person guilty of an offence against this Part shall be liable to a fine of one thousand ringgit and where the offence is a continuing offence, one hundred ringgit

for every day during which the offence continues.
