Section 101
(1)
The Director may give such reward as he may deem fit to an informer for any information which may lead to the arrest and prosecution of any person charge under this
Enactment.
(2)
The name of the informer or any information about him shall not be disclosed in
Court which may lead to the discovery of the identity of the informer.
An offence to destroy evidence.
