Section 23

Section 23

(1)

No person shall fish in riverine waters by using explosive substance or explosive projectile.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not less than six months and not exceeding two years.
