Section 36

The Director may appoint authorised officers or members of the village or local community in the Community Fisheries Management Zone, to form a Community Fisheries

Management Zone Committee to administer and undertake the management and conservation of the fisheries resources or the fisheries of the said Community Fisheries

Management Zone.
