Section 34

Any licence issued under this Part in respect of fishing stakes, fish-aggregation device or fishing appliance shall be valid only for that particular fishing stakes, fish-aggregation device or fishing appliance and shall not be used for any other fishing stakes, fish-aggregation device or fishing appliance.
