Section 26
Where a plaintiff is a person under disability—
(a)
no settlement or compromise shall be valid without the
Court’s sanction;
(b)
all money or other property recovered for the plaintiff in, or in consequence of, the action shall be paid into Court or deposited in Court unless the Court otherwise orders.
