Section 121
(1)
Any wildlife—
(a)
which is hunted under section 53, 54 or 55 or in contravention of the provisions of this Act or any of its subsidiary legislation; or
(b)
whose unclaimed carcass is found in any State land or permanent reserved forest or any other land, may be sold or disposed of by the Director as he thinks fit.
(2)
All moneys received under this section shall be paid into and form part of the Consolidated Fund of the State where the wildlife was hunted or whose unclaimed carcass was found.
