Section 125
Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with—
(a)
the provisions of this Act or any of its subsidiary legislation;
(b)
any order made by a Magistrate or the Minister pursuant to this Act;
(c)
any order or direction given by the Director General under this Act; or
(d)
the conditions or requirements specified in a licence, permit or special permit,

commits and offence and shall, where no penalty is expressly provided, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
