Section 123

of *WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 2010

Section 123

Where—

(a)

any report or complaint concerning any matter relating to this Act is made;

(b)

any information concerning any matter relating to this Act is conveyed; or

(c)

any wildlife or any part or derivative of any wildlife is delivered, to any public officer, he shall, without unnecessary delay, inform any officer of the matter.
