Section 35

a notice is required to be served on a private higher educational institution under this Act;

any information is required to be furnished by a private higher educational institution under this Act; or

any other communication is necessary between the

Registrar General and the private higher educational institution, it shall be addressed to the chief executive, unless otherwise provided.

Person not eligible to take part in the management of private higher educational institution
