Section 36
(1)
No person who has been—
(a)
a member of the board of directors of a company establishing;
(b)
a chief executive of; or
(c)
directly concerned with the management or business of, a private higher educational institution which has been closed down under Part XI shall act in such similar capacity with respect to another private higher educational institution, without the approval of the
Minister.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
