Section 55

that the registration of such private higher educational institution was obtained by any false or misleading statement;

that there has been a breach of any condition imposed by the Registrar General;

that an offence under this Act has been committed;

that the private higher educational institution has been convicted for an offence under this Act or any other written law;

that discipline in such private higher educational institution is not being adequately maintained;

that the terms of the constitution of the private higher educational institution are being wilfully disregarded; or

that the private higher educational institution has been used contrary to the purpose of its establishment.

The grounds under paragraphs (1)(a) to (g) shall be in addition to any other ground as may be provided for under any other provision of this Act.
