(2)
The private higher educational institution shall be given an opportunity to make written representations thereon within twenty-one days from the date of service of the notice in subsection (1).
(3)
After the expiry of the period of twenty-one days mentioned in subsection (2) and after considering any representation made under that subsection, the Registrar General shall—
(a)
with respect to the cancellation of registration, decide whether or not—
(i)
to proceed with the proposed action;
(ii)
to take no further action;
(iii)
to add, alter or vary the conditions of the registration; or
(iv)
to issue a warning; or
(b)
with respect to the revocation of approval, make such recommendations to the Minister.
(4)
A private higher educational institution whose registration has been cancelled by the Registrar General may appeal in writing to the
Minister within twenty-one days from being notified of the decision appealed against.
