Section 73
(1)
The Minister may exempt any licensed pathology laboratory from the application of any of the provisions of this Act subject to such restrictions or conditions as he may imposed.
(2)
An exemption under subsection (1) may be withdrawn at any time by the Minister and shall cease to have effect from the date of service of notice of such withdrawal.
