Section 82
(1)
The Minister may prescribe the type of social or welfare contribution or the quantum of social or welfare contribution not inconsistent with the provision of this Act that shall be provided by any licensed pathology laboratory.
(2)
The Minister may, from time to time, amend the type of social or welfare contribution or the quantum of social or welfare contribution imposed under subsection (1).
(3)
Any licensed pathology laboratory which fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence.
