Section 3
The principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the national language text, by substituting for the word
“kenderaan” wherever appearing the word “pengangkut”;
and
(b)
by substituting for the words “senior public officer”
wherever appearing, except in the definition of
“senior public officer” in section 2, the words “authorized officer”.
