Sealed copies of document to be evidence
(2)
A certificate of registration of a geographical indication shall be admissible in evidence in any proceedings before any court without further proof or production of the original.
(3)
A certificate purporting to be under the hand of the Registrar as to any act which the Registrar is authorized to perform and which he has or has not performed shall be prima facie evidence in any proceedings before any court of him having or not having performed the act.
(4)
No person in the employment of the Corporation shall be required to attend court for the purpose of producing any document relating to an application for registration of a geographical indication or a registered geographical indication which may be obtained under the provisions of this Act.
(5)
Subject to any condition as determined by the Registrar, any person may request for any document under subsection (1)
or (3) by filing a request in the form as determined by the
Registrar together with payment of the prescribed fee.
