Section 76

a true copy of the form, information or document filed with the Registrar as required under this Act; and

prima facie evidence of matters specified in the form, information or document.

Subject to any condition as determined by the Registrar, any person may request for any document under subsection (1)

by filing a request in the form as determined by the Registrar together with payment of the prescribed fee.
