Functions of Commission

Section 7
The functions of the Commission shall be as follows:
(a)
to advise the Minister on all matters relating to consumer credit;
(b)
to advise the Government on national policy involving consumer credit;
(c)
to promote proper conduct among credit providers and credit service providers;
(d)
to promote the development of the consumer credit industry; and
(e)
to do such other things arising out of, or consequential to the functions of the Commission under this Act.
