109. Proceedings to be public

“Tribunal” means the Tribunal for Consumer Claims established under section 85.
Procedure to be reduced into writing 109a. (1) Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the proceedings of the Tribunal shall be conducted in accordance with such procedure as may be determined by the Tribunal and published under subsection (2).

The Chairman shall cause the procedure determined under subsection (1) to be reduced into writing and published in the
Gazette or in such other manner as the Chairman deems fit.
