(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for—
(a)
prescribing the responsibilities and control of members of the Tribunal;
(b)
prescribing the procedure of the Tribunal;
(c)
prescribing forms;
(d)
prescribing and imposing fees and providing for the manner for collecting and disbursing such fees;
(e)
prescribing anything required to be prescribed under this
Part.
