Section 105
(1)
Every condition or restriction in interest imposed by or under this Act shall, except where it is otherwise provided by this Act or the context otherwise requires, commence to run from the date of alienation of the land to which it relates.

(2)
Every condition requiring continuous performance, and
(unless the context otherwise requires) every restriction in interest, shall continue in force until the reversion to the State
Authority of the land to which it relates; and every condition subject to a fixed term shall continue in force according to the tenor thereof.
