Section 70
The State Authority may, in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and of any rules under section 14, permit the extraction, removal and transportation of any rock material
(otherwise than for the purpose of obtaining metal or mineral therefrom) from—
(a)
State land;
(b)
alienated land;
(c)
mining land;
(d)
reserved land.
