Section 229
(1)
Any of the agreements on the part of a lessee set out in the Sixth Schedule may be incorporated in any lease granted under
Chapter 1 by a reference to the appropriate paragraph of that Schedule.

(2)
Any of the said agreements may also be incorporated as aforesaid in any sublease so granted; and in that event, references therein to the lessor and the lessee shall be construed as references respectively to the sublessor and the sublessee.
(3)
The incorporation of any of the said agreements in any lease or sublease may be expressed to be subject to such modifications as the parties think fit.
